Nowadays, with the progression of hunger which is supported by the generalized rise of basis food products prices consecutive to the increasing rise of the price of petrol barrel, populations organize protest against their leaders in several African capitals. And in front of the distress of the populations, many governments are in the incapacity to stop this situation and invited their constituents to invest in agriculture.
This agriculture has characteristic, for the majority of countries, to be dependent on the pluviometry of which the regularly fallen quantities became since insufficient decades and cannot thus ensure any more of sufficient food to farmers.
